The Amuse Bouche Pret-a-Rose is an exquisite dry rosé is a mother-daughter collaboration from Heidi and Chelsea Barrett, comprised of 66% Grenache and 34% Syrah. With a beautiful pale salmon hue and notes of strawberry, guava, grapefruit, and rose, the 2025 vintage strikes a perfect balance between refreshing acidity and subtle sweetness. The floral touches weave through the fruit flavors, adding layers of complexity. It is crisp and refined and it truly holds its own when paired with food. The name Prêt à Boire means ‘ready to drink’, and this Heidi Barrett gem does not require any cellar aging. Prêt à Boire Rosé continues to be the highest rated Napa Valley Rosé.
