Deep garnet-purple colored, it races out with vibrant notes of fresh blackberries and black currants, leading to hints of raspberries, menthol, and pencil shavings. The full-bodied palate delivers a suggestion of toasty oak to complement the bright black and red berry flavors, supported by firm, grainy tannins and bags of freshness, finishing on a persistent minty note."

It's concentrated, has a layered mid-palate, ripe tannins, and a great finish."
Sourced from meticulously farmed vineyards in Yountville, Calistoga and St. Helena, the second release of this blend has a deep ruby color with complex aromas of black cherry, blackberry and graphite. Rich and lush on the palate with flavors of ripe black plum, dark berry fruit, baking spice and cassis. The long finish is layered with beautiful concentration and silky tannin. 62.5% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, 12.5% Petit Verdot = 100% delicious. Only 168 cases made by winemaker Anna Monticelli.
