95 Points Jeb Dunnuck: "The 2021 Zinfandel 1910 Block pours a deep ruby/purple with electric highlights, with unfolding layers of menthol, black raspberry compote, cracked pepper, and fresh leather. Full-bodied, it’s more structured, with ripe tannins and a darker profile of black cherry, red berries, autumn leaves, and lavender. Drink this well-detailed and fantastic wine over the next 10 or more years."
Winery Notes: The historic Limerick Lane Estate was first planted to grapes in 1910 by the Del Fava family. Interplanted with historic mixed black varieties the likes of Peloursin, Negrette, Alicante Bouchet, Syrah, and Petite Sirah, the 1910 Block is not only historic, it is completely unique in its percentage of varieties planted. We pick and co-ferment all of the varieties and don’t control the influence of the “mixed blacks” preferring instead to allow them to define their own role in the resulting wine. 295 cases produced.

Our ability to respond to expedited requests depends on the particular wines’ availability. We work with many small-production wines which, if not in stock may need to be acquired direct from the winery and may not be available for shipping for several days after your order is placed.

Local Pick-Up
Free local pick-up is available at our SOMA warehouse. This is not a retail location and is only available for local pick-up orders. Once your order has processed, and is ready for pickup, you will receive a follow-up email containing our address with directions for pick up.
