This is a rare Magnum (1.5L) bottle.
Francis Ford Copolla has been producing the Cask Cabernet under the Niebaum-Copolla label from the Inglenook estate. A few years ago he finally regazined the naming rights and changed the name of the winery back to Inglenook, restoring it to it's former glory as one of California's fine wine pioneers.
Pronounced aromas of dried cherries, coffee and fine tobacco precede rich flavors of black fruits and hints of licorice and spice. The weight, density and concentration of the fruit coupled with this vintage’s textured tannin layers will allow this vintage to develop additional complexity for years to come. Two hours of decanting is recommended before drinking; 2012 is a perfect vintage for collectors.
During the last 25 years, Francis Ford Coppola has reunited all of the Estate's original vineyards and restored winemaking to the Inglenook chateau. In recognition of the importance of this site, the trademark was purchased in 2011, and the property was once again and forever named 'Inglenook'.

The Beaux Freres vineyards are located on an 86-acre farm in Yamhill County's Willamette Valley. Majestic Douglas fir trees comprise just under 50 acres of the farm, with the homestead and barns occupying another six acres. The vineyard is situated on 30 acres of steep contiguous hillsides that enjoy an exceptional south/southwest exposure. The property, purchased in 1987 by Michael Etzel and the noted wine critic Robert M. Parker, Jr., was named Beaux Freres (the brothers-in-law). A few years later Robert Roy, a Pinot Noir and red burgundy enthusiast from Quebec, became the third member of the Beaux Freres partnership.
