New release from the Caymus family! Â Jenny Wagner, daughter of Caymus' Chuck Wagner, has introduced this outstanding "methode traditionelle" Sparkling wine from her new label Emmolo.
Lustrous light gold, this wine opens with aromas of daffodils, the biscotti cookie jar in my grandparents' kitchen, and a slight hint of new leather. Soft bubbles fill the mouth upon entry, with an immediate freshness that yields to creaminess from extended aging in tirage. The palate features the mineral character of wet stone and mouthwatering bright citrus flavors. Subtle and alluring on the finish - like catching the scent of your favorite bakery on a breezy, sunny afternoon.
Continuing the legacy of the Wagner Family's other profound wine ventures such as Caymus, Belle Glos, and Conundrum, Jenny Wagner takes the reins of Emmolo Winery and is making a hit with these new releases! Her family has a long-standing history in Napa Valley beginning with her great-grandfather, Italian immigrant, Salvatore Emmolo, who planted grapevines and started a grapevine rootstock nursery in Rutherford in the 1920’s. His son, and Jenny's grandfather, Frank Emmolo, ran Emmolo Nursery and built a strong following amongst Napa Valley grapegrowers - becoming the leading supplier to Napa Valley vintners for five decades.

Shipping & delivery
Normal shipping via Fedex or UPS Ground will range from 3 business days (West Coast) to 7 business days (East Coast). If you would like Overnight shipping, please email or call us immediately for options. Please note, expedited shipping such as "2 day air" is for transit time only, this does not include processing time and therefore does not guarantee a specific delivery date. Our ability to respond to expedited requests depends on the particular wines’ availability. We work with many small-production wines which, if not in stock may need to be acquired direct from the winery and may not be available for shipping for several days after your order is placed.

Local Pick-Up
Free local pick-up is available at our SOMA warehouse. This is not a retail location and is only available for local pick-up orders. Once your order has processed, and is ready for pickup, you will receive a follow-up email containing our address with directions for pick up.
