The 2022 BloodRoot Cabernet grew in a warm vintage, providing it with plenty of depth. It also showcases the cool nights and varied nuances of its vineyard sources. It possesses notes of blueberry, cassis, and coffee combined with more plant-based notes of sage and lavender. On the palate it has dark berry, plum, and cherry cola notes.
For those in the know, Sonoma County has become the source of some of the world’s best classic Cabernet based wines. Its abundance of micro-climates and direct influence from the Pacific Ocean produces wines that can be full flavored yet savory, layered, streamlined, and full or aromatic enchantment. Bloodroot is enthusiastic to make classic California Cabernet inspired by the wines of the 70s and 80s.
Sourced from vineyards in Knights Valley, Rockpile, Sonoma Valley, and Dry Creek Valley.

If you would like Overnight shipping, please email or call us immediately for options. Please note, expedited shipping such as "2 day air" is for transit time only, this does not include processing time and therefore does not guarantee a specific delivery date. Our ability to respond to expedited requests depends on the particular wines’ availability. We work with many small-production wines which, if not in stock may need to be acquired direct from the winery and may not be available for shipping for several days after your order is placed.

Local Pick-Up
Free local pick-up is available at our SOMA warehouse. This is not a retail location and is only available for local pick-up orders. Once your order has processed, and is ready for pickup, you will receive a follow-up email containing our address with directions for pick up.
