100 Points Jeb Dunnuck: "Flat-out awesome, the 2023 No 12 is 91% Syrah, 7% Mourvèdre, and the rest Viognier, fermented with 40% whole cluster, from a mix of vineyards, and aged 22 months in 65% new oak. Blackberries, cassis, crushed stone, pepper, and spring flowers all emerge from the glass. It’s a Côte-Rôtie on steroids and is full-bodied, has a deep, rich, layered mouthfeel, ripe tannins, and a great finish. The purity is sensational, and this riveting barrel sample has perfection written all over it. Don’t miss it."
....In May I paid a visit to Andremily owner, Jim Binns, at his small winemaking facility in Ventura, CA. A former employee at Sine Qua Non, not only did this guy learn from the best, he has taken the baton and run off into his own very clever direction with it. I think it is safe to say that with the possible exception of Beaucastel’s Hommage a Jacques Perrin, there is no one in the world producing greater Mourvedre than Jim. It is a variety that he clearly loves and has mastered like no other. Most impressive is the quality of the tannins in his varietal label (85%+ Mourvedre)—astonishing when you consider how difficult it can be to get Mourvedre tannins this ripe!"

Please note, expedited shipping such as "2 day air" is for transit time only, this does not include processing time and therefore does not guarantee a specific delivery date. Our ability to respond to expedited requests depends on the particular wines’ availability. We work with many small-production wines which, if not in stock may need to be acquired direct from the winery and may not be available for shipping for several days after your order is placed.
