Banshee 2024 Pinot Noir, Sonoma County
Hot new producer                  Â
Banshee is the hot new California Pinot Noir producer. Try this new gem while it's still available.
Antononio Galloni (Vinous): "The Banshee Pinot Noir (Sonoma County) is a gorgeous wine and a terrific value as well. Sweet dried cherry, mint, licorice, dried flowers and spice all open in the glass. This silky, mid-weight Pinot has so much to offer. Pinot Noir is the hardest wine to make in this price range. Few do it better than Banshee."
Excellent Pinot Noir at an excellent price point is the holy grail in California wine. Banshee has aced it, sourcing from some of the best AVAs in California for their Sonoma County bottling that represents a best buy. The Sonoma County Pinot Noir is from the enterprising team at Banshee Wines. A large percentage of it is still sourced from the Sonoma Coast, often declassified barrels from vineyards that close followers of top-tier West Coast Pinot may recognize.
