Lewis Cellars 2022 Chardonnay, Napa Valley
 "
Exclusive new Napa Valley Chardonnay release from one of Napa Valley's finest producers, Lewis Cellars.  One of our favorite all time Napa Chardonnays.
95 Point Wine Enthusiast:Â "Spicy, toasty oak stands up well to the rich, honeyed pear and pineapple flavors in this full-bodied wine, balancing it well, and giving it great depth and length. This is an excellent choice for fans of big Chardonnay, as it is packed with baking spices, coconut, poached pears and vanilla that are practically irresistible."
Â
The bountiful yields of 2022 had tons of character too, as seen in the superb Lewis Napa Valley Chardonnay from Lewis Wines. Creamy pear, lime and caramel apple fruit basks in brioche, clove and sweet mineral spices. Loads of tree-ripened fruit form a dense, silky core rooted in natural acidity that gives the wine balance and sound structure. Flecks of gun metal, flint and whetstone add complexity to the long leesy finish.Â
