Method Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is made by Master Somm Ian Cauble who is leveraging his contacts in Napa to find exceptional vineyard sourcing for his winery called Precision Wine Company. This gorgeous 95pt scoring Cabernet comes from an estate in Saint Helena and it is farmed organically with no pesticides, but the name itself is actually kept under wraps. The wine was aged 18 months in French oak with about 50% of the barrels new and the attention to detail in this wine is fantastic!
95 Points James Suckling: "The blackberry, dark-chocolate, walnut and blueberry aromas are so attractive. It’s medium-bodied with fine, velvety tannins and a long and firm-tannin finish. Just the right amount of tension at the end. Shows the beauty of the 2023. A blend of 80% cabernet sauvignon, 10% merlot and 10% petit verdot. Drink or hold."

This wine is simply seamless and has a gorgeous satin texture and a dazzling purity of fruit that any Napa Cab fan will simply love.

We work with many small-production wines which, if not in stock may need to be acquired direct from the winery and may not be available for shipping for several days after your order is placed.
