A fantastic red from one of our favorite Central Coast wineries, McPrice Myers.
91 Points Wine Spectator: "Generous and juicy, with frisky black raspberry and currant flavors accented by roasted sage and savory white pepper. Grenache, Zinfandel, Syrah, Petite Sirah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Mourvèdre. Drink now through 2030."

It’s California’s answer to a top-notch Côtes du Rhône."

Around the holiday dinner table in the Myers house, my grandmother would always look proudly around at her family all gathered round the dishes piled high with food, and say, “we are really living high on the hog, aren’t we?” This blend is in memory of Grandma and her joy at seeing the family doing well.
