Brand new release of Flowers's highly sought-after Chardonnay! Limited time only.
The Flowers Chardonnay Sonoma Coast is a blend of several of Flower's Sonoma Coast vineyards, including Camp Meeting Ridge. Showing balanced depth and complexity, light straw to golden color, aromas unfold with layers of lemon peel, green apple, orange blossom and wet stone minerality. This vintage shows weighted richness on the palate, a supple texture, long clean finish with fresh and bright acidity. Showing very well now and will continue to gain complexity for 1 - 3 years.
The new Flowers 2021 Pinot Noir, Sonoma Coast now available.
95 Points Wine Spectator: "This has racy, mouthwatering acidity coursing underneath the core notes of mulberry, bitter cherry and blackberry. Shows the streamlined tang of a coulis, while offering a range of additional bramble, anise and savory tea details through the finish. Delicious. Drink now through 2029."
93 Points Jeb Dunnuck: "Moving to the reds, the appellation Flowers Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast was just about completely destemmed (2% stems) and spent 10 months in 18% new French oak. Lots of spice box, earthy forest floor, cherries, and redcurrant notes define the bouquet, and it's medium-bodied and balanced, with good acidity and a great finish. As with everything from this estate, it's impeccably made and high-quality."
Sourced from a small selection of family-owned vineyards on the Sonoma Coast as well as our Sea View Ridge estate. Each vineyard is carefully chosen for its farming practices, coastal influence, and fruit standards. Aged in 100% French Oak (18% new) for 10 months. Fresh fruit aromas of cherry, plum, and raspberry are followed by hints of sandalwood, mineral, and leather. Unfolding with flavors of plum, raspberry and spice. Tannins are supple creating a long, soft finish. A blend of Sonoma Coast vineyards. Stunning Sonoma Pinot as usual from Flowers and female winemaker Chantal Forthun.
Brand new release of Flowers's highly sought-after Camp Meeting Ridge vineyard Chardonnay! Limited time only.
95 Points Antonio Galloni (Vinous): "The Flowers Chardonnay Camp Meeting Ridge is a wine of pure and total class. Bright citrus, crushed rocks, white flowers, mint and a touch of slate infused the 2018 with striking layers of nuance. Light on its feet and wonderfully complex, the 2018 has so much to offer. It is also one of the most pedigreed and nuanced Chardonnays I have tasted from Flowers."
This bottling is sourced entirely from Flowers' organic and biodynamically farmed Camp Meeting Ridge Estate Vineyard. Planted in 1991, these "older" vines are producing some of their most exciting and interesting Chardonnays today. Given the extremes of this site, each small block ripens at its own pace.
With a brilliant golden hue, lively aromas of lemon verbena, lime zest, honey suckle, chamomile, and citrus blossom dominate the distinctive nose. The palate is precise and focused, driven by mouthwatering acidity and framed by flinty, coastal minerality – a vivid expression of Flowers' Estate vineyard.

A fantastic small-production Pinot from Flower's Estate Seaview Vineyard. Limited.
95 Points Wine Spectator: "A tightly focused, long and pure expression of Pinot, with raspberry coulis and blood orange zest notes streaming along, laced liberally with sous-bois, red tea and savory accents. Reveals lots of underlying energy, with everything in lockstep through the mineral-edged finish. Best from 2024 through 2031."
95 Points 'Cellar Selection' Wine Enthusiast: "The most notable thing about the Flowers Sea View Ridge Pinot Noir is its intensity of flavor. A blend of both new Dijon clones and older California selections of Pinot Noir, it is stunning with flavors of raspberries, cherries and Dr. Pepper. It’s a balanced, elegant wine with vibrant texture , but needs time to truly shine."
