The Gentry 2023 Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon is a limited-production estate Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley's acclaimed Howell Mountain AVA. Crafted from three estate vineyards by one of Napa Valley's most accomplished winemakers, this mountain-grown Cabernet delivers the structure, freshness, and minerality that have made Howell Mountain one of California's most sought-after Cabernet Sauvignon regions.

Gentry Cabernet Sauvignon is a small-production Napa Valley Cabernet made exclusively from estate vineyards on Howell Mountain. Produced by one of Napa Valley's most acclaimed Cabernet Sauvignon winemakers, Thomas Rivers Brown, the 2023 release showcases the mountain's signature combination of concentrated fruit, vibrant acidity, firm tannins, and volcanic minerality.  Drink: 2026–2042.

Tasting Notes: "Aromas of rose petals, violets, and lavender lead into layers of Bing cherry, black plum, cranberry, and cassis. Howell Mountain's volcanic soils contribute distinctive graphite, crushed rock, and iron notes. Medium- to full-bodied with vibrant acidity and refined mountain tannins, this Cabernet is approachable in its youth while possessing the structure for long-term cellaring."

Food Pairings:  Perfect with grilled ribeye or New York stri, braised short ribs, or Aged cheddar cheese.
