The acids are plentiful and bring a burst of refreshing minerality. Fermented and aged in 14% new French oak along with a mix of concrete, stainless steel, and neutral barrels, the combination hits a flavor bulls-eye. And stays there for days after being opened."

Tina-Louise Chardonnay is named in honor of the mothers of Dick & Deirdre Shea, founders of Shea Wine Cellars and Shea Vineyards. Both Tina Salm Kelly and Louise Smith Shea favored Chardonnay, so we raise our glasses to honor them with this delightful wine.
Tina-Louise is a major change from Shea Chardonnays of the past. After being aged 16 months in a combination of neutral and new French oak, concrete and stainless steel, this Chardonnay brings a new level of depth and complexity. Wet stone, cinnamon, clove and other baking spice aromatics jump out of the glass. The palate is full, round and soft while also bringing lots of complexity.
