Orin Swift's Italian Red Wine is made from the finest varietals and locations throughout Italy: a blend of Negroamaro, Nero D'Avolo, Barbera and native varietals from Puglia blended in an original style that showcases the best of what this historic land has to offer.  They come together to form yet another delicious red blend from this cult producer of The Prisoner red. Tasting Notes:  Revealing an attractive color spectrum of crimson and scarlet with a slight magenta band on the rim, the wine explodes. with aromas of macerated raspberries, dried lavender, plum tart, and toasty accents. The palate is imediately hit with super lush flavors of lush berries and spice, supported with a dense core that has just the right amount of characteristic acidity. The tannins are already velvety and soft which provide for a lingering finish with hints of minerality and some herbal notes.
