96 Points Vinous: "The Limerick Lane 2017 Zinfandel Monte Rosso soars of the glass with captivating aromatics. Bright, focused and beautifully layered, the 2021 is endowed with tremendous energy and class. Sweet red/purplish fruit, orange peel, white pepper, chalk and mint all race out of the glass. Give this a few years to soften. It's a superb wine in the making."
Winery Notes: We are beyond excited to work with this iconic hillside vineyard situated at 1300’ feet on Moon Mountain in Sonoma. Monte Rosso® has a reputation as one of the world's oldest and best Zinfandel vineyards. Planted in 1886, the Zinfandel blocks we source are over 130 years old. Besides Zinfandel, you can find an assortment of interplanted varietals, including Alicante Bouschet, Grand Noir, Mission, Tempranillo, Berger, and Muscat.
