In the glass, the wine displays a peachy salmon color, and it has a savory feel to its notes of tangerine, fresh berries, fresh flowers, and refreshing wet stone. The palate is medium-bodied, with a clean, juicy feel and a soft elegance of texture you come to expect from BloodRoot wines. Drink over the next couple of years."

- It is 100% Carginane from a vineyard in Mendocino County. The vines here are 80 years old and grown on red clay soils.
- These grapes were hand-picked in the early morning and then gently whole cluster pressed to tank.
- This wine was fermented at cool temperatures and aged in stainless steel to preserve its vivacity and freshness.
- Full of just-ripe raspberries, peach and orange zest. It finishes with a fascinating note of fresh picked herbs, lemon peel and sea spray. The wine is dry, but richer than its Provencal counterparts. 12.9% ABV
