This is a Cabernet with an intense personality wrapped in a shapely figure. The 2023 starts out with generous aromatic complexity showing elderberries, garrigue, dried sage, and Thai basil leaf. Black fruit flavors follow on the palate carried in a full body of fleshy fruits supported by firm tannin structure and a polished finish that brings retro-nasal whiffs of graphite and cedar.
