Morlet makes some of the most coveted wines in Sonoma and all of California. These are some of the top-scoring wines of the vintage. Limited.

97 Points Jeb Dunnuck:
"The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Coeur de Vallée (95% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Cabernet Franc) comes from To Kalon and offers a dense yet also plush, blockbuster style in its huge black, blue, and purple fruits, violets, chocolate, and mineral-like aromas and flavors. As with the 2014, this cuvée is one of the more opulent, sexy wines in the lineup and is classic Napa Valley all the way....I loved these latest releases from Luc Morlet and family, and they show a sensational mix of classic, balanced, even old-school, characters mixed with killer California fruit. As a whole, the 2014s show more elegance and complexity, with the 2015s possessing more power and richness. These are rockstar wines."

96+ Points Robert Parker:
"Blended of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Cabernet Franc, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Coeur de Vallee has a deep garnet-purple color and slightly reticent nose at this youthful stage, revealing hints of crushed blackberries and blueberries with touches of loam, underbrush, garrigue, mocha and licorice. Medium to full-bodied, firm, concentrated and with great tension, it has lovely ripe, grainy tannins and plenty of earthy/meaty personality, which comes through on the palate and the long finish. 325 cases were made."

In St. Helena, the heart of the Napa Valley, Luc and Jodie Morlet handcraft vins de terroirs and unique cuvées from the surrounding Napa Valley and Sonoma Coast. Meticulously farmed vineyards and low-intervention winemaking techniques produce powerful yet refined wines displaying personality, complexity and graceful aging capability. By taking Old World principles and adapting them to California, the Morlet style results in wines which are harmonious in their intensity, richness and refinement. Unwavering commitment to quality leads to small yields, attentive sorting, and the highest standard when blending. Thus, a very limited amount of each wine is produced.
