The brilliant Frank Family Blanc de Blanc Sparkling Wine is pale straw in color, forming pearl ribbons of tiny bubbles. A wonderful bouquet of orange blossoms, honeysuckle, and bright lime meld with the nutty characters produced by the yeast during aging. The juicy citrus notes lead the palate and are followed by a soft, creamy texture and a toasty finish that lingers.
