The 2015 Aperture Cabernet Sauvignon is a silky, concentrated expression of the great Cabernet vineyard sites in Alexander Valley.  A beautiful mixture of red and dark fruits are combined with spice, earth, and a bit of dark chocolate on the finish. This wine showcases a unique balance of richness and focused natural bright acidity that only the great sites and vintages can create. Produced from exceptional Alexander Valley Cabernet (96%) and Malbec (4%).

93 Points Robert Parker: "This red is plump, intense and juicy, starting supple, yet the tannins gain a strong presence, joining dark berry, black licorice, light herb and cedar flavors. Ends clean and complex. Drink now through 2025."
