Fernando introduced Eleadoro to John Caldwell shortly after John began planting his Vineyard there in the Coomsville area. He worked with John in the planting and development of these vineyards and eventually became the Vineyard manager. Shortly after leaving the Caldwell ranch, Eleadoro leased 25 acres of land in the Napa Valley on Big Ranch Road and began to plant a 6 or 7 acres a year. Today he has planted a total of 33 acres of Cabernet in that Oak Knoll area that go into their Noemi Cabernet Sauvignon . He has sold grapes from this vineyard to world famous Caymus Vineyards and Phelps (for Insignia!).  Rolando Herrera of Mi Sueno winery is his winemaker. After helping develop the Caldwell Vineyard in Coombsville, he established his own vineyard on Big Ranch Road in the Oak Knoll District. Before launching the Noemi label, fruit from these vineyards was purchased by respected Napa wineries, including Caymus and Joseph Phelps for its Insignia program. Today, Noemi remains a family-owned winery producing only a few hundred cases annually.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eTasting Notes:\u003c\/strong\u003e \"The 2022 Noemi Cabernet Sauvignon opens with aromas of blackberry, cassis, ripe plum, and dark cherry layered with cocoa, cedar, cinnamon, and dried herbs. On the palate, concentrated black fruit is balanced by bright acidity and polished tannins, creating a full-bodied yet elegant Napa Cabernet. Notes of dark chocolate, espresso, and baking spices linger through a long, fresh finish.
