One of the best California Sauvignon Blancs we've tasted! Extremely limited production - only 265 cases produced.
92 Points Wine Spectator: "Lovely melon and spice flavors are ripe and fresh, highlighted by fragrant floral, honey and green apple notes. This has refreshing acidity and wonderful focus, with a tropical edge on the finish. Drink now."
We're already big fans of this winery's Cabernet Sauvignon, and now we love their sauvignon Blanc sourced from a ranch on the eastern side of Napa Valley about three miles south of the winery. The fruit is whole-cluster pressed and fermented in 60% stainless steel and 40% French oak barrels. Jericho Canyon 2013 Sauvignon Blanc has fresh tropical fruit notes with hints of guava, green apple, lime, and crushed stone. Its rich, juicy palate finishes with just the perfect touch of vibrant acidity. Delicious!

A fantastic small-production Napa Valley Cabernet. One of our top picks from the great 2015 vintage.
92 Points Robert Parker: "Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon East Elevation is scented of licorice, dark chocolate, tar and black earth over a core of cassis, black plums, garrigue and sautéed herbs. Medium to full-bodied, tightly knit, fresh and firmly textured, it delivers plenty of understated earth notions with enticing herbal accents and great length.
The winmaking team at Jericho Canyon consists of Nicholas Bleecher, Michel Rolland and Aaron Pott. 297 cases produced.
