Palaterra is modeled on the rich wines of the Southern Rhone, Provence, and the Languedoc. A blend of Syrah, Carignane & Valdiguie from vines grown in dry-farmed cobby soils. The vines are micro-yielding and the fruit is intensely colorful, creating a dark, lush wine.
