Salvestrin 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley

Three generations of the Salvestrin Family have been selling grapes to from their Estate Vineyard in Napa Valley to the best Cabernet producers which now goes into their own wine. The Salvestrin 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley is one of the best Cabernets from the 2005 vintage.

93 Points Wine Spectator: "Highly Recommended: Lots to admire in this ripe, structured, notably complex young wine. The currant, blackberry, black cherry and plum flavors are joined by hints of anise, vanilla bean and espresso. The tannins are rich and supple and the finish echoes the fruit and pepper themes in a most impressive manner. Best from 2007 through 2013.
