Rubion Estate 2004 CASK Cabernet Napa Valley is Francis Ford Coppola's "baby Rubicon" sourced from the illustrious Inglenook vineyard in Napa Valley, paying tribute to John Daniel, Jr. and the Inglenook Cask wines that made this property legendary. Layers of ripe, red cherry, plum , vanilla, cocoa and toast. The flavor is intense, but with a supple mouthfeel. Eminently enjoyable now, especially if served with intensely flavored meats or cheeses, but it can also be aged for 5 to 10 years.
