Paraiso Vineyards is a family owned and operated winery in the Santa Lucia Highlands above Monterey. The Paraiso 2006 Pinot Noir, the winery's flagship varietal, is sourced entirely from their Estate Vineyards. Wonderful Burgundian character: rich cherry and plum flavors with hints of spice, smoke and toasty oak all wrapped up by nicely structured tannins and acidity. Amazingly food-friendly and perfect with salmon, roast chicken, beef tenderloin, you name it!
