Elliot Vineyard 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley

A true boutique Napa Cabernet discovery that hardly makes it outside California!

The 2004 vintage produced an excellent crop in the Napa Valley, and the Elliot Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is an excellent example of this vintage's finesse. With the forward fruit chracter and rich mouthfeel, this wine is very typical of the vintage. The ripe tannins on the palate lead to flavors of ansise and blackberries. Drinkable now, this wine will also benefit from some bottle age.
