The Downing 2005 Fly by Night Zinfandel comes from an organically farmed, single vineyard located in the heart of Oakville on the valley floor. This vineyard has been the source of some world-famous fruit. Besides having one of the coolest bottle designs out there, its purple color shows off aromas of black fruits, high quality new oak, minerals, and flowers, outstanding concentration, impressive purity, medium to full body, and well-integrated acidity as well as tannin.
