Brewer-Clifton 2007 Chardonnay, Santa Rita Hills

For the first time, Brewer-Clifton releases a Sta. Rita Hills appellation-based Chardonnay. As many of you know, the wines of Brewer-Clifton represent the essence of the best vineyards in the Santa Rita Hills area and focus on the production of single vineyard-designated Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from carefully selected vineyards in the SRH appellation.

This new release is a blend from those single-vineyards. The best of the full range of the Santa Rita hills from the furthest eastern point to the coastal vineyards to the west. Bright aromas of flowers, candied lemon peel and fresh brie rind with breadth, mouth-filling volume, finesse and presence.
